Nice room, clean, and the biggest bathroom I've ever experienced for a hotel room. I really liked that there was a door to the bedroom from the living room that could be shut and a separate entrance to the bathroom off the bed room as well. Bed room and living room both had big TVs. Living room had a sofa bed. Nice arrangement.
So far not the best experience. I came here once before and had a great stay. Unfortunately I can’t say the same now. Upon arrival, the guy that I checked in with was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. I tried to let that go. Then we get into our room which appears to be just barely cleaned, the linen is not fresh and crumbs were left behind. I called room service and no one is available to change linen. I still have another day/night here and at this point I’m ready to say screw the money and leave tonight! Very disappointed...
Nice and spacious. I booked 2 suites for the family but I we could have easily gotten away with one. The host at the reception desk, was very nice and got our rooms next to one and another (very helpful when with kids). Most of the staff was wearing a mask except for the morning receptionist, she was without one - very surprising. I think parking at $38 is a bit high. Other then that, good experience.
People was playing on our door and we was told that it was no security cameras they left trash about door soon as we got there wasn't there for even 20 minutes and had all these problems I would not go back
Hotel confirmation number#80060063nnWas at the pool and group of teenagers non stop splashed my kids in the pool and me sitting on the outside. Was asked to stop several times. 3rd time it got heated and gang activity and threat on life was imposed on myself and my kids. Night manager did nothing, refused to call police, and when was told several times that I wanted police called and charges pressed he let them go to there room without asking a name or room number. Night manager said nothing he can do and I should just drop it and not do anything!!!! Currenat the hotel waiting for police to arrive that I had to call but do not feel safe here!!! Manager refuses to do anything!!!!
