Great place nice and cleann.mobile home are fairly newn.will visit soon.
Very clean and friendly looking community.
The service is abysmal. The hoops you have to jump through just to be able to get in contact with the office is ridiculous. One would think that they would be personable and serviceable when trying to turn in paperwork/payments. The hours are total lies they work at their own leisure.
This Place is Nice And Cozy The neighbors are friendly.They are schools are all around so no worries on traveling far.
After many attempts of obtaining a home at another community, I came back to try with Town and Country.nThe process was simple, and the community manager made everything simple.nBought a great home at a low price.nLove the fact that lot fee includes water and trash. And the fee is much lower than other communities.nnCommunity is quiet, safe and friendly.nOnly reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 is because unlike other communities, they dont allow pets. I've had to leave my furry companions with my family.nnIf they were willing to change the no pet policy; they would deff deserve 5 of 5
