Comfort Inn Convention Center-Chicago O'Hare Airport

Honestly I've been in nicer motels that cost half this per night.. this is basically a really cheap motel for hotel price..nnI'll start off with ammenities.. none of the amenities actually work. The gym is small and missing equipment. It's more of a safety hazard than anything.. the breakfast is served late at 7 when they know everyone leaves at 6. Sometimes they don't even make breakfast.. the cable always goes out. The TV is older.. the laundry room is awful. The clothes washer is expensive and only washes half way. The dryer gives off a funky scent to your clothes..nnThe rooms lack any lights. The rooms are dim.nnSafety wise I genuinely think they should hire a security guard. There's always parking lot squatters in the parking lot and there's random people just roaming the halls.nnLocation is close to the airport. Besides that there isn't anything there except a gas station..nnThis is really a glorified motelnnI'll just stay at a motel 6 next time.

Wow! I'm in shock how this place is still open, it's possible they rely on 0% of return customers, as everyone that stays there is passing through and will never return. That is the only reason I can comprehend why Jessica, the lady at the front desk was so rude. Not just to me but to all of the guests. There was a group of us from the Airport, we had all had our flights canceled, and had to say the night in Chicago. The reason my wife and I picked this hotel is they had a shuttle service to and from the airport.nWell, we called for the shuttle at 10:45, again at 11:15 to make sure we didn't miss it. We then called again at 11:50. That is when Jessica told us it was our problem and we needed to find our own ride. However, each time I called Jessica told me the shuttle was almost there, with the exception of the last time. I wasn't the only one in the group calling either.nat 11:55pm the suttle driver pulls up, apparently, he was just sitting around the corner waiting for the hotel to dispatch him. He was a nice man, and I don't think it was his fault.nJessica clearly hates her job and the customers that stay at her hotel.nWhen we got there she told us there wasn't room for us on the shuttle unless we wanted to get the 4:30 AMnI have been to a lot of Choice hotels, and never have I been treated this way. I will not come back to this hotel, and I would suggest steering clear of it yourself!!!

Stayed here because the airlines made me but still it was a good over night. The shuttle to and from the airport is slow and only comes by every 30 or so minutes and is small so make sure you prebook your shuttle to the airport from here at least the day before. Also, verify you get put in the right time. I was moved to a different time later than I wanted and it was a tight squeeze to make it to my flight. The staff are super nice & they have continental breakfast 6-9 am.

Excellent check-in service last night. Bed was comfortable. Loved the park and fly, and shuttle. Thank you!
