The pharmacy is awful, i don’t know if it’s understaffing or what but it seems like the staff has no idea what they’re doing. I’ve had to wait over 4 days for scripts to be filled ended up having to follow up with my healthcare providers and insurance company about delays myself, despite the “no action needed” updates. Long waits for phone calls to be answered, the curbside pick up service is lacking too. Things are always out of stock. I don’t usually leave reviews, and I especially hate leaving bad ones having worked in customer service, but there are better Walgreens locations.

I really like then Pharmacist Richard. He always knows who I am. He has always treated me with diginty and respect. I have Lupus & chiari malformation. So i get alot of different meds. There are long waiting periods somtimes but that happens everywhere. I don't think people know how much they have to do they have to check your insurance, run claims, contact your doctor ect. It's not just throwing pills in a bottle. Im happy that they actully get to have a lunch! No one should work 14 hour shifts with out eatting. I'm shocked people are getting angry because they are getting meal breaks.

Visited for the passport photo, the lady at counter is so helpful and very nice. Impressive customer service and good work too.

Honestly the rudest people I’ve ever met. They are all bossy and you can tell that they don’t care about their customers. Please bring more employees that are focused on getting the right product for the customers and will be there at their service ready to help.
