My insurance didn’t cover one of my prescriptions. The pharmacist and the team mentioned that they would look for a coupon to drop the price. They found one after 5-10 min and the price went from $80 to $37. I really appreciate that they did that for me.

Horrible system in the immediate care center. I had all my insurance information on the Aetna App. They could not take me since I did not have the actual card with me. She said go to the photo center and have them print it for you. Well photo center was closed for the day. This is 9:00 a.m. She then said if he have prescriptions filled here then the pharmacy can print it for you. I did that, and the. She said sorry that is not good enough. She goes on to say sorry this is not my fault it’s the billing department. When I went to leave all aggravated (mind you I’m there because I’m sick) she goes on to say, do you want me to call my manager and see if they can approve it. Really!! You make me run around and now your suggesting it could have been approved the whole time. I will never go back to a Walgreens care center.

Can’t say enough good things about the pharmacy department. Pharmacist Michelle and all the techs go out of their way with questions and issues I have had.
