This stores employees are the exact reason we all would rather purchase online. I’d rather pay more, wait longer, and deal w the nightmare of exchanging shoes online than deal w this locations employees. Obvious indication of the poor culture management has set there.
Nice
I came in to the store with two special needs children hoping to find new shoes for them. I was repeatedly ignored by staff and overall experienced terrible customer service. At one point the staff member left in the middle of our conversation, and when I found another he just waved me off.
Great customer service buying athletic shoes and boots for myself and my kids. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right shoes for each of us.
Great sporting goods store love the hunting section!
