So update, I ran into someone by the name of Jacqueline my last night here, which was last night. I wish she had been there when I checked in. She was so welcoming. I got a different vibe from her than I did with the other ladies. She was helpful when I asked for the prices of the items downstairs. I wish that all of the ladies there were as friendly as her. My rating would have been a lot better. Jacqueline gets 5 starts from me, but the hotels rating will stay the same

I use to adore this hotel. Now it seems like a Super 8. If I ask for a non-smoking floor or a room, I really want a non smoking floor or room. The shower felt like a bath because the water wouldn't drain. The sink wouldn't drain either. I hate a room that smells like mildew cause the carpet may be old or unclean. I had to cut on the air to breath properly. Won't be staying there again. I think it's time to switch to Mariott.

The hotel was basically clean--bathroom could have been cleaner. They need to update the caulking in the tub. I was told that if I wanted my room serviced, I had to request it each day-otherwise-no service. I would have rather been asked at check in if I would like my room cleaned and if so-which days. It seems as if they could do better with the continental breakfast. On our check out day-the half and half was bad and curdled in my coffee. Staff was friendly and greeted us in a warm manner.

CLEAN and well ran. The front desk ladies were very Friendly/and atentative to questions. There was one that worked during the evening that I saw cleaning actually walking around and sanitizing. And she made my Husband and I feel welcomed. ud83dude42

Nice price for the stay. Got a 2 bed on second floor and we utilized the side door for stairs, it was faster. They had to have had competitive prices due to the 5 other hotels next to them.
