We have stayed at this hotel several times. It has become our home away from home.nnThe rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is remodeled and clean.nnThe staff has always been very kind and helped us with anything that we might need.nnIf your looking for a place to stay that is clean, comfortable and affordable this is the place.

I made the reservation in the morning for my wife and children and they checked in at night and they told her that there is only one room left, the carpet was dirty but she didn't say anything because she was tired, all she wanted was to rest with the children. And it turns out that 4 days later they charge me $ 733 and I call them to ask why they charge me for this and they tell me that the carpet was dirty and that my wife made it dirty when it was already like that when I called they answered me annoyingly that they will not to return nothing that my wife should have said something before entering the room ... this is not fair I do not recommend the hotelnnif it could be given 5 starsnnI spoke with the Manajer and she was very rude but it's okay, I won't go to this hotel again, it wasn't the first time, we've already gone several times.

Stephanie was the reason my stay was horrible. Gregory is a rockstar. Josie has amazing customer service. However, Stephanie let’s pressure effect how she treats customers. She cannot metabolize stress and therefore puts it off on customers. She “told me off” in the lobby at approximately 2:19am 2/27/21. I went to buy a soda and the 24 hour store was locked. Stephanie was checking in a customer and was clearly stressed out. Someone name John Jones couldn’t get a room and had the wrong check in date. When she looked over she noticed I didn’t have a mask on. I am severely asthmatic and therefore I can’t wear a mask and just social distance. I made her aware of my medical condition. She then pulled out a mask and demanded I put it on. I told her no for my health condition. She then informed me that I was wrong and upon checking in should have told them my medical history. I reminded her under ADA I can sue her and this hotel if she continues. She slammed the desk drawer closed and preceded to open the locked store. She demanded my room number so she could change my reservations. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that so no. Stephanie then told me I was extremely rude and how dare I! That she is doing her job and how would I feel if I was doing my job and she was being as rude as I am. I walked away and didn’t buy a thing. The level of disrespect Stephanie showed a disabled guest is uncanny. I’ve had such a positive experience until I met her. She is awful. I don’t know how she slipped through the high standards of this hotel. When this hotel has a problem they fix it. I hope they fix the problem they have invested in named Stephanie. She makes guest feel uneasy. She spoke to me as if I was someone on the street. She spoke to me as if I was an ex-boyfriend, like it was personal. I won’t be back until she isn’t employed here anymore. The rest of the staff is magnificent. It shakes me to have to give this lovely hotel a single star. You can thank Stephanie for that. I’ll follow up with ADA.

It was very clean and that was very important to me during covid. The young lady was really nice and it's so pretty inside. I liked that even during covid they still offered breakfast snacks instead of nothing. Overall I loved it

What is a 5 star rating worth?nTop notch managementnA clean room, clean swimming poolnManicured landscape, easy in/out access.nClose to Shopping and restaurants and medical facilities.nThe 1st choice no matter what the cost.nWord of mouth recommendation and first hand experience.nI for one don't expect a discount for the efforts put forth by the Entire team of this hotel.nThey've earned the 5 star every day.nRemember you get what you pay for when you demand 5 star quality for 1 star price.nThis Is My Opinion.nI challenge you to prove me wrong.
