This La Quinta was amazing. Comfortable beds, wonderful and helpful staff, and coffee makers in the room! They're pet friendly (there is a fee though) and our kitty enjoyed her stay as well. I would happily stay here again.
Cozy and quality.
Lack of caring about your job is an understatement at this hotel. There was a streak of blood left behind the towels in the bathroom, food sprayed on the wall, mold on an outlet, dead light bulb, and poorly sealed windows. Plastic on the hall rug and guests let their dog poop in the hall. Employees not wearing masks but pool is closed as is breakfast because of covid. No room clean even when scheduled. I asked for extra bedding for the couch and I was given two flat sheets. Skunk aka weed everywhere and all day can’t get away from it.
Super gross, the beds are small they are not like at other hotels. Not enough pillows and it smelled bad! Needs urgent update, seriously do not stay here. But the customer service is good
Anton and Robin were awesome! We visited Chicago for the weekend and they made it a wonderful start. They recommended some great places to go too and even helped us get on the Metra, because we had no clue what we were doing. Great hospitality and great people!
