Thank you for a comfortable stay. Room cleaned well. In room dining helped alot. The bar drinks were tasty as well. Please fix the ice maker on first floor because I know I will return here again.
Visit Hotel to make sure reservations were adequate for guests during her surprise birthday visit. Associate was kind, professional and gave instructions for the room reservation for the surprise.
This hotel is everything they say it is. Excellent service! Everyone is willing to help. When our room wasn't ready for an early check-in, they upgraded us, and the room was phenomenal.
Upon walk-in lobby is nice, strict Covid restrictions in place. When checking in I was told there is no cleaning service and that cleaning service is every 3 days unless you need something and if so to call the front desk. Rooms are outdated and could really use an upgrade. The covers on the bed were flat even the comforter... Overall, it was a quiet stay. Parking was fine until the weekend and then the lot became packed since there’s only one entrance open at this time.
Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The indoor pool was very nice and clean. Very nice staff an over all a extremely nice hotel. Highly recommend and very nice location.
