The staff was super nice. The hotel location is great. It has a lot of great restaurants that are close by. Housekeeping did great on keeping our room clean while we were gone. We had a horrible neighbor who had a bunch of kids in their room who made a bunch of racket. If it wasn't for them it would have been relaxing. I did call down to let them know about our noisy neighbors they did come up to speak with them but it's was only quiet for so long. The rooms are on the smaller sidenMy 3 complaint that I have is that I wish their beds were queen size instead of full size. It makes it hard for couples to sleep in the same bed. My husband went to Wash our clothes in the hotel laundry area there was trash piled up in the laundry area. All you see is nothing but hennessy bottles. Our whole hallway smells like weed

Easy access to highways. Parking lot gets crowded very easily. There are ample food choices and gas stations up and down the street, but it’s a very crowded area so I ended up getting gas elsewhere. The exterior of hotel doesn’t look great, but the room inside was very doable. It’s not stellar, but it worked for the short term purposes I was there for. I would recommend this if you need to visit but access more of the outskirts of the city as I had to. It would not be ideal for city center.

No Breakfast. 2 sets of towels was ONLY in the room but we had 3 people. Asked for towel delivery at 9am but they didn't bring them til 10am. The front desk people were nice!

I reserved my room for two nights, therefore, my room should have been accommodating for the amount of people that I reserved the room for. There wasn’t enough towels, and not a roll of tissue nor a box of tissues. I decided not to allow that to ruin my stay, and extended one more night. I had my grandchildren and needed to change the sheets, went to ask for sheets to be told that I could get them because they didn’t have them, after telling that something was wasted on the sheets... they found sheets. No fitted, no pillow cases, no blankets, and no face towels. I have to wait untilo morning, when I’ll be checking out! The manager doesn’t have a key to the linen closet ud83eudd14, nor do they have the district manager’s number ud83eudd14! Oh, and the night manager left, right after we hung up, and I came down, so I could speak with Ashley the manager in person, neither. So I’m being told! I liked this hotel, and come here often, but after this stay... I won’t even recommend. Poor customer service, poor housekeeping, and I can get much better for these prices! District manager, Ashield Forbes, I do believe is the person I spoke with when I found that I didn’t have the accommodating necessities in my reserved room.

The AC units do not shut off so if you have the air on you will be cold or if you had the heat on you would be too hot there is No shutting off!!! The pillowcases were stained. The tub looked dirty. It was bad!!!
