Had to stand in line for 4 hours but that's due to this pandemic but they had great organization Once I got in I was out in less than 10mins and that's rare for a dmv. Great job Staff was great

Waiting Out There In Single Digits Is Deplorable. Get A Bigger Venue or Hand Out Flashing Pagers Like They Do At Restaurants. Can't Believe We're In 2021 And They Cannot Do Better Than 30 Plus People Waiting Outside. ud83eudd28

TL;DR: Line was 3 hours long, but it's only 20 minutes once you actually get in the building. Make sure to bring a warm coat if you're planning on going while it's cold outside (as of now [1/16/2021]), even if it's just a little cold.nnDetailed Review: I came here Thursday 1/14/2021 because i was required to get a new driver's license. I was holding off on doing it because COVID has made being at any one of the DMV's ROUGH.nnDO NOT go to any of the DMV's unless you ABSOLUTELY have to. I was ill prepared for the line at this location when i went. It went all the way to the stop sign on 145th street. It wasnt really cold that day, but since the wait was nearly 3 hours, I eventually feel the cold (i made it there at 7:45am and got to the door at 10:30am). I had a light jacket on *sigh*. Even if it's not super cold outside, bring a warm coat anyway (unless it's summer time by the time you see this review). The wait is about 3 hours, but once you actually make it into the building, everything moves pretty fast. I was in and out of the door in 20 minutes.nnIn case you wanna know how they do the line... There are certain people who get to skip the line. If you're going there to see the hearing officer, if you're 65 or older, or you have to take a driving test you'll get moved ahead of everyone. As for everyone else, you guys will be waiting. They only take a certain amount of people in the building at time. The line is separated by the sidewalk of 145th street, the next segment of the line is the mall where the beauty supply store and the Family Dollar is (i think, i dont remember). Then around the corner they'll have about 7 or 8 people separated from the rest of the line. There's another segment of people closer to the door. You'll move in that order and eventually you'll be able to get in.

It was overly crowded and then the people up there act like you contagious or sumn, please im not the one you need to worry about. I got tested NEGATIVE. Them people act like it's their company or sumn dont want to help anyone. Sad

Very long freezing wait to get in, a lot of being told to follow the person in the orange vest, the only good thing was the fact that now accept proof of address from things you can download on to your phone like bank statements.
