Romantic and private. Very clean and the set up was great! We went for the night of Valentine's day and were welcomed with balloons and special items. We would definitely come back. We got the lowest priced room, and next time we're going for a room with a jacuzzi or spa bath. But don't let that discourage you if you want to get the lowest priced room, still wonderful!

This has been and will ALWAYS be my favorite adult romantic getaway hotel spot. The rooms are just down right INCREDIBLE. And they offer a variety of rooms with varying prices so it doesn't have to break the bank! The color changing fireplaces and ceiling lights are just one of the many ways these rooms create such a romantic atmosphere. Highly, HIGHLY recommend ud83dude09ud83dudcafud83dudd25

The room itself is nice however the walls are wayyyyy too thin. You can literally hear everything and the people next to us literally is still playing music at 2am. Walking into the room the room had a foul smell also. Never again. Better off going to motel to be honest

I wanted to like this place, I really did. The jacuzzi was nice, as was some of the furniture. But, considering the focus of this hotel, they have to do something about how thin the walls are. If you have a room facing Cicero, you will definitely hear the traffic through the door/window. And you’d better pray the occupants on either side of you don’t bring their speakers from home. If they do, you WILL be treated to an impromptu playlist and the front desk will NOT intervene. It really felt like we were in a college dorm room. We called the front desk about the loud music at midnight, 3 AM, and 4 AM, but nothing changed until around 5:30.nnIf this was a $50/night motel, I’d have no complaints. You get what you pay for, and at that price point, you have to deal with certain things. But for what they charged us, I am very disappointed. Not very “Luxe” at all. Never again.

I really like the place. Me and the wife frequent the one in Franklin Park. First time at this site. I was disappointed the whirlpool would not heat up....The whole purpose of this stay was for the whirlpool. Could have got a basic room .
