The owner is great! They are doing a complete remodel on one of their buildings and will be looking to reopen soon.

Okay so yeah it's a really cheap place to stay and they have remodeled the rooms but there is nothing but drug addicts and Cutthroats there I started to not feel safe in my room was right beside the office so I went and told them that I didn't feel safe and could they please watch my room so when I went to sleep that night after have taking my sleep medication I was out to the world they climb through my window about 10 of them robbed me for $160 brand new Jordans and an iPhone 5 which in turn put me on the streets because I did not have any money to rent a room not only did they do that they let some of the neighborhood crackheads James and Stephen come in and touch my body while I was asleep so this is a very very city place to stay and there is no justice for what happened because once I came out the next morning I had to see you tonight brother junkies wearing my shoes on their feet the office didn't do anything about it even though what they did is on camera and what they done to me really messed up my life and broke my heart that women would stand around and let men come in and touch a female while she was in a vulnerable situation don't stay there guys don't make you think that they're the greatest people in the world they watch me for 2 days before they can actually catch me with money and as soon as they got the opportunity they took me for everything I had please don't go there.... But then again if you like to party and you're tough enough to keep them from cutting your throat for a dollar you can find any drug you want there just ask one of the 10 local crackheads are junkies that lives there no help you out

I stayed here on 2/24/14 and it was great. I have worked for Hilton and Marriott before and I feel that this hotel is just the right stuff. Its not overpriced but its not filthy cheap. The room was cozy yet comfortable and all I paid was $40. I will love to stay here again. room was clean and fresh. No complaints. very close to high way
