The bike doctor is the only bike shop that thoroughly understands customer service. Seven years ago I walked in to ask if they rent bikes but they said no. At the time, I owned a 1980 Schwinn World Sport 26in frame road bike. I bought new tires, ask them to adjust the derailleur and brakes. From that day on the Bike Dr created a relationship I could not have imagine. I'm definitely more informed about the essentials of taking care of my bike. I've been to a lot of bike shops in my life time but non have come close to the excellent customer service the Bike Dr provides.

I called the shop, but there was no answer. I live close enough that I decided to drive by. The shop was open and I just asked for an appointment. He asked what was wrong and said he would take care of it right away! He was fast, efficient, and courteous. Great shop with friendly people. Check them out!

I recieved excellent service today. They were verynknowledgeable. I was a able to get in and out within a half hour. I love that their prices are compatible with other shops, but still reasonable.

I arrived right at closing and was still serviced! It was quick and polite. Good business. Appreciated!
