Room seemed dirty. Doors and walls were not clean. Found ants on my dogs blankets and food/water bowls the next day. Stayed there specifically because they are pet friendly. Water in the shower had a yellow tinge and water drained extremely slow. Also had problems with the key card. Had to have it reset twice. Staff however, was very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean comfortable room I think that the epidemic has been a little rough to the facility if you're looking for a inexpensive nice clean room to spend the night I would highly recommend

Decent room. Staff was friendly. Good location, next to interstate, fast food and gas station's.

Worst hotel experience of my entire life! Was rudely awoken by arguing couple in the hallway who seemed to be on drugs at 5am. This argument went on and escalated for over 30 minutes. I complained to front desk who did nothing, then I abruptly left. I arrived back in Michigan at my home in the afternoon. I started to notice a strange itching that night. The very next morning I woke up in my own bed with bed bug bites, something I had never experienced in my entire life. You can imagine what mesures I went through at my home fearing that it would spread to my home. I also noticed I was missing cash having left abruptly from that motel. I tried to call the motel that evening, and was told to call back in the morning. I called back in the morning and was told that despite the disturbance and despite what I had suffered with bed bug bites, I could not get a refund “because I paid cash” but “they would offer a discount to me in the future”. I was also given some lip service that they would look for my missing cash, but they admitted their housekeeping hadn’t been in the room since I left it more than 24 hours ago! I was not contacted again despite giving them several days to do so. Their repeated lack of action leaves me absolutely no choice but to leave a bad review.
