Everyone was nice and I had the premier suite and it was amazing. Everything in the room is basically Victorian. Great stay! Would definitely recommend staying. I will go back!

Loved it, so clean and staff were amazing. Breakfast was phenomenal as well. Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel.

This place is clean and the employees were wonderful! After cancelling a reservation at a hotel in Indiana because it was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and was crowded with people not wearing masks, our family of four kept driving west along I-80, checking availability at hotels along the way. After two hours and dozens of calls it was getting late and the kids were exhausted, but not a single room was available anywhere. (We found out later a huge storm had gone through the day before, leaving many without power and filling up hotels with residents and fleets of power repair people for hundreds of miles.) Someone in Oglesby, IL suggested we look in Princeton at the AmericInn, and I called. The manager answered the phone and gave us her very last room. At this point I would have taken almost anything, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way. It was very clean, with comfortable, clean beds for my children and my husband and I, and the next morning we enjoyed a hot breakfast in a clean, nearly empty breakfast room served safely by a masked and gloved and very kind employee. Their attention to safety and sanitation was evident. We had been contemplating trying to find a place to sleep on the side of the road, and instead we had a great night’s sleep here. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was hot and rooms were clean. Pool was also very nice.

The night staff was a little harsh. My room was nice and clean. Comfy bed and pillows!
