It's new! Just perfect! Front desk clerk was super friendly. No loud music to greet you, just a calm quiet clean environment. The hallways are bright and so are the linens.nnThis hotel has a feature I have yet to see in other hotels. The AC unit's air is distributed by vents throughout the room (as suppose to having the air emerge from a wall unit). This allowed for the entire room to be at a comfortable temperature, including the bathroom. We stayed in a fourth-floor room, so I don't know if this is the construction of every room.nnThe workout facility looked very nice, though I did not have time to use it.nnBottom line: come and stay!nnPlot change: We had a flat tire. The desk clerk allowed us back into our room while my husband took care of going to the tire shop just down the road. That gave us the opportunity to enjoy the gym and for me to take some pictures for you.
Nice, big bed had its own zip code. Perfect water pressure and temperature in shower. Simple, no fuss room. Clean fridge and microwave. Easy on and off I-64. Well-lit parking area. Surrounded by fast, chain restaurants and retail stores. Front desk staff was cheerful and quick.
It was nice. The bed was good and the shower was really good But the only complate was we had people on each side that was so loud. But they call us to tell is to be quiet because someone is complaining about noise. wasn't us... They need a bigger pool for sure, it was very small..
Our check-in was great! Rooms are nice and great prices. BONUS, we missed breakfast, but Josie at the front desk heated us all (7) up breakfast sandwiches, muffins and turned the juice machine on for the kids. GREAT service!
I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is a nice hotel; However, the last time I stayed, I left my charger plugged into the wall. I noticed this and called the hotel only a couple hours after leaving. Apparently the staff had no idea what happened to my charger and accused me of misplacing my item. I know exactly where I left it, and that one of them took it. Considering I stay at this hotel often, I asked if they would be willing to make up for this and give me a discount on my next room. They refused. I will not be returning to this hotel any longer, as they were willing to do nothing to improve the situation.
