This was an amazing stay from beginning to end. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, my experience was fantastic. I have to give a special thanks to Joseph, Bobbie, Tiesha, and Alma. They were so friendly, pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was clean and sanitized and I felt comfortable staying during a pandemic. The location of this hotel was close to the interstate and many shops and restaurants making it a convenient stay in the area. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
I would have given 4 stars if housekeeping didn't knock on my door 4 times this morning starting at 8am. I'm pretty sure check out is at noon. That was so annoying. The rooms are really nice. The location is great with several restaurants within walking distance and a short 5 min drive to Target and Dierbergs.
Friendly and accommodating staff that went out of their way to assist us during an extended stay. Clean and new hotel with an easy walk to several good restaurants. Highly recommended.
Must be new. Very clean, smells great. Soft bed. Welcoming front desk. Asks way too much information of their guests...just take my money.
Very, very clean, modern hotel with an amazing and knowledgeable staff! Mikayla @ check-in was so accommodating and kind, she actually could teach a class in hospitality! Box breakfast is complimentary, great place to stay!
