Wonderful staff! The bed right by the bathroom door is wobbly, did mention to housekeeping gentleman. There was no fridge or microwave, we would like to see those there for future room stays. Will definitely recommend however :)
The lady at the desk was great. Polite, helpful, and in a great mood for being stuck at work in a snow storm. But the motel was terrible. Every trash can, the 3 outside and 2 i seen in the halls were overflowing. My room was out dated but that was OK. The floors were dirty and sticky, it was 38 degrees, heat off and window open at 6 pm. Took till 9 pm to get it to 64 when I could finally go to bed. The parking lot wasn't touched with a plow and 2 foot snow drift at all the doors you had to walk through to even get in. If it wasn't for the lady at the front desk I would have given it a 1 star.
I Love everything about the way the manager greeted me I stayed there for four nights it was really clean housekeeping was excellent
It's clean, they are accommodating when I wish to have an early check in. I appreciate that. I've had no problems and always enjoy my stay here. The location works well between my clients on the east side vs my home on the west side, aka St. Louis. Stayed maybe a dozen times. Only once needed to change rooms due to a squeaky older bed.
Great clean worth price some employees do need to learn how to talk to people
