Extended Stay America - St. Louis - O'Fallon, IL

I travel the country for work, and generally opt for an Extended Stay America, whenever possible. The rates are generally very reasonable, especially for long term stays, and many corporate rates are available.nnFor the past three months, I have stayed at the O’Fallon, Illinois location, and it’s been a very positive experience; the rooms are spacious, with kitchenettes featuring a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and two-burner cooktop. Dishes are also available at the front desk upon request. The hotel offers free WiFi, with an option to upgrade to higher speed internet for a reasonable charge.nnThis particular location is situated near I-64, and there are several restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby. The hotel is far enough off of the roadway that excessive noise has never been an issue during my stay, and parking is plenty with large spaces.nnThe staff has always been very welcoming and friendly, and attentive to any request that I have had during my stay. The daily conversations have gone a long way toward making me feel more at home instead of feeling like I’m surrounded by strangers.nnSpecial thanks to Dana, Amaze, Precious, Drenecia, and Oscar for making this a very comfortable stay. These folks never failed to acknowledge me throughout the day, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know them over the past few months.nnIf I find myself back in this area again, I’ll be sure to choose this hotel for my stay.

I’ve been here for a total of 28 days. Nothing but awesome customer service, clean rooms, quite stringing, great restaurants, and awesome hospitality. I recommend this Extended Stay for short or long term stay. Thanks Ms. Dre

The price was pretty reasonable for four nights. Room was good. Refrigerator kept our stuff cold. Slept very well on the king bed. My advice to all is to get a room that faces the rear of the building and not the front which faces I-64 traffic. I booked the room through Cheap Tickets. We had to cut our stay by one day and the hotel said they couldn't change the reservation. The Cheap Tickets bot said we had to contact the hotel. So, faced with that standoff, I spent thirty minutes on hold waiting to talk to a human. Finally got it worked out.
