Welcome Suites

I have been here over a year and have not had any problems, for me i do not care what any one else says i like this place, for now it is home for me. The new Gm Amos is a pretty cool guy very professional and helpful. Morris even when i had surgery came to my room and checked on me every, he still does call my room.and check on me. If i left and needed a place I would come back. Thank you welcome Suits

First stay I was a little rocky it just seem like housekeeping was lazy so I complained to the front desk man and asked for a broom and mop and he escorted me to my room and cleaned it properly. March 28 check in was around 3pm overall great service and the room was great once it was cleaned properly. We had the premium king suite for 70 dollars a night it had a living room with a pulled out coach bed, a kitchen with a private bedroom the room was huge.nnSecond stay the room was great I only had two problems this time the blanket on the bed had stains. I removed the blanket and took it to the front desk and asked the lady at the front desk to give me a clean blanket and she gave me another blanket with no problem. When I woke up the next morning I left a half of a can soda on the table overnight and it had a lot of ant around it. I cleaned the can off now I see ants on the floor and I had a couple crawling on me. Just glad they were ants and NOT roaches. But these ants are bad they won’t quit I and going to Walmart to get some Terro bait and put down in my room. I’m wonder if the owner is aware and if so he really need to do something about it . Overall the owner is a really nice man I met him on my first stay he came to room to check to see if everything was alright because I had problems. I’m my experience the staff is nice as well. The next morning my husband and I took separate shower after showing I noticed a puddle of water near the front door I cleaned it up and moments later I noticed another. I guess the shower was leaking out in the kitchen/ front door area. Overall my stay was quiet and relaxing.

The people who work here are good people, the hotel can use some updating. More cleaning I saw 2 roaches. The staff are very responsive and will do everything to make your stay awesome.

Good staff but a terrible place. The walls are super thin, things were broken, TV didn't work, Guests have to take their trash out to the BACK of the hotel, the maid Only clean guests' room before you check-in THAT'S IT and Doesn't replace towels or stock toilet paper. You have to run to the front desk for everything blankets, towels, tissue, etc. Also, Elevator is gross a million fingerprints and stuff wiped on the elevator door. Gross. the lobby has this weird stale smoker smell and trash is found in black bags everywhere. I don't recommend.
