I went here 2 years ago it’s so cool people and plus there prices are fair and everything wasn’t bad I wouldn’t think a low rated hotel would actually be good

There was a incident out of their hands that they handled with exceptional care. They were concerned enough about making sure I was happy and taking care of that they went out of their way. The customer service I received was exceptional. Thank you for taking great care of me and my son while staying

We stayed for two weeks. Tamika, our housekeeper, was awesome. She kept our room spotless and stocked with everything we needed. I will definately stay here again.

Room was clean and well equipped but small. There was no ice box in the room fridge. However, the staff did place our freezer packs in the hotel fridge in the breakfast area. The breakfast selection was limited compared to many we have encountered. We would stay here again during our travels.

we stayed 4 nights as apart of a large group in town for a convention, parking behind the building is poorly lit and unsafe, there was only 1 employee working at breakfast hours which for a fully booked hotel was not a wise idea for management, hours were 6am-10am,by 6:30am several mornings options were very minimal and took quite a while to refill. By the third morning we didn't bother with the breakfast area, we just purchased breakfast elsewhere. The front desk host was again working alone 1 morning and was physically attacked by someone off the street. The bathrooms have an awkward layout, the rooms are poorly lit above the full length mirror, beds were comfortable though. We certainly would not have chosen a hotel of this status had this been a personal or leisure trip,we knew we would only be in the rooms for short amount of time throughout the day,we will not be staying here again.
