Live here quiet lot manager the greatest
It's a quiet place to live. A community that's of all races. They live together like family very nice people. Kids and pets are welcome.
Never in my life have I had a roach issue and have always stayed in apartments/condos!nThis Place is NASTY with roaches!!!!!!, they are on my porch in the house all over the grass there everywhere!!!nWhen confronting the neighbors they already knew the issue but I was told when moving in they had NO roach issue this is why all new trailers where being moved in and weaning out the bad!! We where talked up so much from the management man that we where actually excited because NEVER in my life did I imagine staying in a trailer!nThey look so nice from the outside and inside and he can really talk you into it but DONT do it stuff is falling apart the cats are ridiculous I bought a brand new car and can’t even go outside without a car enjoying it more than I have!nI have been in the legal process of seeing what can be done!nnDO NOt MOVE hERE!nWhen told The lady that post the trailers we where told we would be sued over the remaining but was never told it is ROACH infested then they asked if I brought them !’ Why would I move if I brought them?? Why would I take this legal spray and everythingnThe manager has only sprayed twice since we moved in JUNE and he was made well aware in late June early JULY of roaches!!!!!
Too many junkies
Needs some work on that neighborhood, million of cats running around there as well!! It's like the cats run the neighborhood and the people are just visiting that's how many their are!!
