Awesome location right off the highway. Lots of restaurants near, Walmart, Sam’s.......... we booked through booking and never before have we been given a different room at a different price when we show up. The reception could not be bothered by customers; the check in was rushed, nothing explained and when I said something about the room not being what I booked, he told be that’s all they have and that he can just give me a refund. Of course we were tired and took the room. The room was very nice. Nice bedding and towels, comfortable mattress, toiletries and coffee in room. They had a basic continental breakfast but we did not have it, so not sure what it entailed. Good value.

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn for work over the years. This property doesn't meet the normal expectations. First, we didn't get the room we paid for because they didn't have any cleaned. The room wasn't very clean, with glitter being all over the floor and furniture. The room we had also had a large hole in the bathroom wall and heavy stained ceiling. The breakfast was 4 packs of instant oatmeal and muffins, coffee and hot tea only, nothing for kids. They had also mush rotten apple and molded oranges. Hopefully Hilton Corp sees this review and requires must needed repairs and training.

Great location! Close to Interstate 64. Few restaurants nearby, other hotels, and shopping centers.nParking lot/entrance could've used a bit more cleaning due to the snow.nStaff was friendly. Rooms were nice for the most part. Beds weren't as comfortable as the other Hampton Inn locations. Bathroom was VERY small!! Bathtub/shower had some draining issues. Toilet had some issues as well, not wanting to flush and water not filling up the bowl.

As expected, friendly staff, good covid-19 protocols, easy access. No microwave in room so if you need to heat anything may be a problem. Grab and go breakfast was sweet roll and breakfast bar, lots of sugar if that's an issue.
