Nice and quiet. Lots of Chanels on tv. Good location. Near mall,places to eat circle K across the street. I'm good.
This hotel is totally outdated. The hotel needs to be properly staffed. The rooms are not cleaned and sanitized daily after each guest leaves. They only have 2 housekeepers per the the night audit. The surfaces of walls are very dirty, the floors are not cleaned well the toilets are not cleaned well and the microwaves and refrigerators are very nasty. I was very displeased with this location. The hotel was sold out according to the night audit staff, while I was waiting on cleaning supplies which I was finally told I wouldn't be given someone called and canceled 2 rooms. I asked for one of those rooms and was told I had 2 queens and those were king rooms they cost more and since I booked on Expedia I couldn't change rooms. I was also told that there was another room but I would have to pay more to be moved. Eventually, a key was brought to me for a different room after I revealed I would be lodging a complaint. The new rooms had been cleaned and smelled like fresh disinfectant. I am sure she cleaned the room herself before bringing me the key. I thanked her and checked out first thing and went to a different hotel.
Friendly well managed facility. Good covid precautions. Well maintained and clean. You can tell staff enjoy working there. Pride in what they do. We will make this our twice yearly stop. Thank you!
It was a ok stay could have been better hall way needs better lighting carpet needs updated furniture needs redone
The receptionist who checked me in (younger lady with light hair) was great, very polite and friendly. The retro room decor is cute in an odd way, rooms are very comfortable and clean. A great hotel stay especially for the price.
