Bike Surgeon is the best! They have such a loyal following because they put their customers first: organized rides, maintenance classes, tremendous selection and service after the (low pressure) sale and, unlike some bike shops, if you're looking for a first bike you'll be treated as well as the expert cyclists. Without fanfare, they support community events and fundraisers--because it's the right thing to do. Thanks for the new ride..I'll be back...n+1...

This place was amazing . The whole staff was great . I was looking to find a new bike which is very hard with inventory , however this place had exactly what I wanted and could not have been more helpful . They let me go on a test ride and gave me all the information I needed . There was no pressure from the staff to force you to buy or anything like that , just great service and information . They also just opened a cafe/bar side so you can grab a beer !nnThey also will fit you true to size and do any tuneups and repairs . I am very happy with my new bike and my new bike shop!nnJason was who helped me and he was an awesome dude .nnThanks for all the help

This place is life-changing! They helped me pick the perfect bike for doing local deliveries, and they have the cutest shop dog named Ari! Their attention to detail is insane (in a great way) and they never make you feel like you don’t belong there. Being in a professional cycling shop is a bit daunting when you haven’t a clue about bikes, but Bike Surgeon is so different! The space is one of the coolest I’ve ever been in, and everyone is so friendly and willing to help you. I am a customer for life!

Their service department is fantastic!! Extremely qualified and knowledgeable. I haven’t bought a bike from them yet, only have used their service department. But the quality of work from service, and friendliness of the sales staff; my next bike purchase will be from here!

Can't say enough good things about the staff here. Dropped of a bike at 10 am this morning and had it back within a few hours at a VERY reasonable price. No reason to shop anywhere else.
