Scotty is great. His customer service is excellent and he goes above and beyond. He will make you feel welcome and when he told me he wasn’t the owner I about fell over. He acts like and owner and that is the way it should be. The owners and manager need to really promote him to a manager if he isn’t already because it very hard to find someone like him who takes customer service serious. Please never lose him. He really is an asset to your company. Thank you Scotty for treating us like family and for a job well done. We will be back soon to see you.

Scotty the guy who works in the evening is a breathe of fresh air. He is very friendly, courteous and most of all he has excellent customer service. If you have an issue, he will go out of his way to try and fix it. He is very sincere. Great sense of humor. Every time we travel my kids say let’s go see that funny guy Scotty. We don’t let just anybody talk to our children.

Scotty is customer service. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. When we stay and after we check in, he will call our room to make sure everything is ok. That is someone who cares and who is very passionate about their job.

He goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome.nScotty always greets me by name and he knows what I always want. He is very respectful and has a great sense of humor. Having fun and joking while you are working shows you enjoy what you are doing.

The Royal Relax inn is one of the best places to stay when you are on a crunched budget. The guy who works at night, I believe his name is Scotty. He is very polite, courteous and friendly. My partner and I always thought this place was not very friendly when it comes to the LGBT community. We were very wrong. Scotty is very LGBT friendly and he goes out of his way to help you. Very professional. We feel very safe when we stay at the Royal Relax Inn.nEveryone, no matter who you are, can feel safe when staying there. Management needs to know that we come there because of Scotty.nGay pride is coming up at the end of June. Book your pride weekend at the Royal Relax Inn. Make sure you ask for Scotty. He will treat you like family and he will make you feel welcome.
