There is a “prescription reminder” option if you have an account which pops up 12 days prior to it being due. It says “prescription expiring” with an option to hit the refill button. I would because i am forgetful. Now one of the pharmacists has reported me for “trying to fill early”. That’s not how prescriptions work. Also, if you pay in cash they will tell you a discount card isn’t accepted and take your full dollar amount but in my “history” on their own website it says i paid under ten dollars not the $40 plus dollars i had given them. I was called and harassed because one of their male grey haired pharmacists targeted me personally, for what reason i do not know. This has affected my medical care and i never did anything but use their “reminder” function. Something is wrong with this place

Called 2 days in row to check prescription status. Both times was told I could pick up a particular prescription , since it was few days early insurance would not cover said script. Was told could pay out of pocket in which I said thats fine. Got to pharmacy and was told cant get it until so and so day. Wasted time and a trip. This is why I called twice to CHECK and 2 Times was confirmed I could get and pay out of pocket. Very frustrating. Lack of communication and I even asked are you positive both times. Smh 1 star

Pharmacist went on break so had to stand for 20 mins waiting for her to return. Stood here waiting then all of a sudden 4 pharmacist appeared at the same time. Shouldnt put everyone on break at once.
