I will never have my prescriptions filled here again im staying with carbondale pharmacy from now on. I called Friday to get a prescription ready and the guy i talked to said he won't have what I need untill Monday but he will have It ready Monday. I called them Monday and they said they never got my prescription processed so it is going to be another day and they will text me when its ready the only reason I wanted to get it picked up here is because I work in marion and I get off at 8:30 I can't make it to the one in carbondale in time. now 4 days later on my day off I call kroger pharmacy in carbondale and they can't get it filled because marion has it in process. So I call marion and tell her I called Friday for a prescription and you guys were supposed to text me when its ready she interrupted me and said whats your Birthday and then repeated it in a rood angry voice so I yelled back at her my birthday and she said yeah it here ready to be picked up I told her I don't need it picked up anymore she needs to cancel it and send it back to carbondale. What if it was a medicine I could literally die without?

Debbie was awesome!! Unfortunately my prescription wasn't available. Debbie worked to call my doctor to find an alternative.

How did we as a society settle on the DMV as being the symbol of slow service and rude behavior? Granted, I've never enjoyed going to DMV, but I think I've discovered an example that would fit the bill far better: the Marion IL Kroger Pharmacy. I could feel myself age and decompose in real time as I waited for my prescription. Could they offer me a cure for the existential dread I felt as time grinded to a halt? I have my doubts. Could they move any more slowly? Most likely not. I can now feel my bones ache from old age. If any one has any recommendations for a retirement home nearby, I will likely be needing one soon.

Wait times are horrible. There's never enough people working. Always 4 or 5 cars lined up at the drive thru. It's ridiculous.

The pharmacist are great but the service is super slow,called and asked about a prescription and the pharmacist tech just acted so put out she had to do something, the nees to hire some more techs or need to replace some that wanna do there job.
