Ariel (i’m not sure about the spelling) is in the pharmacy, and he really goes above and beyond and he’s sweet. i always hope i get him on the phone. anyway, i have gone here for years and never have had a problem that’s anything they have control over. ❤ufe0f i see u guys ud83dudc4fud83cudffb

They regularly mess up my prescriptions. I used to really trust Walgreens and use it as my only pharmacy... this one has me reconsidering. The staff is super polite and they actually care, which is why i keep coming back. But I would really appreciate it if you guys got on top of your prescriptions situation. For example, If I call in the morning and you say my prescription will be ready at noon, and then I come in at 12:30 and you tell me that oh I’m sorry we’re out of your prescription and it won’t be ready until tomorrow, that simply just not acceptable.

Thank you for your fast and friendly service all around. Also, thank you for always being able to print my photo projects on the same day. What a great service. And the one time I had a canvas not turn out just right, you reprinted it to make it right!

The service is EXTREMELY slow, there is always a line of cars, that stretches into the parking lot at times and the wait time exceeds 25 minutes at the minimum! While my spouse went through wal mart pharmacy at the same time of day and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Seriously considering switching. I have been a Walgreens for years and would hate to but waiting this long for one prescription is crazy.

Involving the PHARMACY, the pharm techs are wonderful, and helpful, but I've had nothing but problems with LAURIE (taller blonde), the pharmacist. Every single time she handled my prescriptions they either claim the order never came through, I never recieved an alert when they were ready, they would temporarily get denied for no reason, and now the most recent, my meds started making me sick. VERY concerning behavior from someone that is supposed to help the public. She's incompetent, inefficient, and dangerous, and should be removed from such a position for the safety of the public. I would not place my trust in her to prepare prescriptions for my friends and loved ones. Now I know why the majority of people I know stay clear from the Walgreens pharmacy. Terrible.
