Lee is the absolute BEST! Visiting the area for a long weekend trip - my wife blew out her front tire. We searched the area for a bike repair shop and we stumbled upon Cycle 1. Such a great thing we did! Lee, the owner, was incredible. He really knows bikes and customer service - not to mention he is one of the nicest guys you would ever meet! He ended up working on both of our bikes and nailed the repairs on each! His service charge was more than reasonable and he truly saved our outing! TY Lee - hope we see you again next time we are in the neighborhood!

Wonderful bike shop, and it’s owner, Lee personifies customer service! My husband and I forgot to bring our e-bikes on a trip to Rend Lake, and when I called Cycle1, Lee was willing to rent us e-bikes when other shops had nothing available. When I mentioned that we didn’t have a bike rack, he lent us his! He spent an hour with us adjusting the bikes and ensuring the bike rack fit properly on our car. He even lent us helmets to use! And all for a reasonable price. Thank you Lee, for saving our trip! When in the Rend Lake area this is the bike shop to visit!

A very nice bike shop. A great place to chill and talk bikes with Lee. I had some new bar tape put on and he adjusted my shifting so it would be smooth. Hope to get back here on a day when they have their group ride. When I talk to people, they ask how I transport my bikes. I’m lucky to have a lot of room between my truck and trailer.

Friendly staff, great knowledge for anyone interested in fitness classes, spin classes or cycling in general.
