Front desk ladies are super nice. Good price with good lacation.nYou can tell the hotel is not cosmetically at it's best but most importantly quality and the cleanliness is there.
Nobody was wearing a mask. Nobody even had one around their chin, like it's well known you don't need a mask, even though it says on both front doors masks are required. I figured I'd just get super drunk in my room and GTFO in the morning. My room smelled like my college dorm hall, and upon putting my stuff where I wanted I found desiccated food in the middle of the floor - as if it had not been cleaned. I packed my stuff up and checked out immediately.nnHQ customer service did give me a full refund so that was nice, but that was about the only thing. Avoid if you care at all about cleanliness.
This was once a very nice hotel. That day is past. The actual building is looking VERY USED, even though efforts have been made to keep it up. I think it won't be a Ramada much long - it looks as though it will soon be sold to another hotel chain.nAll that being said the staff was super nice and very professional. The bed was comfortable. The TV was pretty small.
It was the worst! It smelled. The hallway and stairway should have been an indication the room would be bad. I have never stayed at a Wyndham property in this horrible type of shape. Past experience have always been high quality. This was a dive. I wish I could give no stars.
