Whoever put 3 stars is a liar because Longacres is one of the worse trailerparks in the state there pipes always break and poor customer service
Very nice trailor park very friendly manager all around a very nice laid back area
I am only giving 3 stars because the place is okay but with two noisy neighbors who turns people in and gets them evicted if they dont like them its an okay place to live. Lot 29 is where we lived and that trailer is not livable, it needs a lot of work plus we found mold in our son's bedroom closet, cabinets needed fixing, the bathroom pipes need fixed and the air conditioning dont hardly work. They claim to give you 30 days but when you turn all of it in they never fix anything hardly, or they wait until after the 30 days then tell you it's your problem. The woman who lives in 30 Danielle Ball has that place wrapped around her little finger. People please look more closely at this place before getting one. Dont take trailer 29 you will regret it. They also have way to many boil orders.
