Excited to try Hickory Shores Again, it’s been years because of the lack of respect for other campers, the staff didn’t seem to care to solve a problem, that they made, rented me a site for the weekend that was someone’s year round spot that had no camper or payment. Well this was the weekend they decided to show up and pay. Ralph was no help at all.nCHEERS TO NEW BEGINNINGS!nBest of luck to new owners
We had our campers there for 6 yrs and others longer, I'm talking 9 campers, New owners came in changed everything, some better some a lot worse, speed limit 5 miles per hr for every one except the them,. They have a no drivers under the age of 26 except their son, . Paid 1,600.00 a yr and the we are told we have to cut our own grass quiet time is 10:00 , if I wanted to cut my own grass and go to bed at 10. I, would stay home.

The new owners of this place are excellent. They are working very hard to make an already great place to stay even better. We stayed in one of the cabins, it was way more than we expected, very clean and cozy. We are already making plans to come back again soon.
Owners are really working hard to make the place great and are very nice. Campground has very neat sites and is close to lake, hiking and woods!!
