We had to rent a room on very short notice recently due to some plumbing issues. The front desk evening staff (Mark) was very nice and pleasant to deal with on the phone. Brian (night shift desk staff) was on duty when we arrived and did a great job checking us in and making us feel welcome. The room was great and we even got free breakfast! What a great night after the stressful day we had at home yesterday!
Excellent! Very spacious and clean rooms. The staff was super accommodating. Fast, free WiFi and a continental breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is the nicest hotel within the tri-state area! I have serious doubts that you will find a better accommodation outside of the few luxury homes and cabins in the area. However, T&C inn and suites can be upto $200/night less expensive than their Air bnb competitors and there is no minimum on the nights you can stay. The staff there were always friendly and eager to assist with any of our needs. The ambassador suite we stayed in on the top floor was exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. We were impressed to say the least. The only area that could be improved upon is: my wife called to book one of the establishments best rooms. The front desk associate assumed we could not afford something of that nature therefore those rooms weren't even mentioned in the selection of availabilities. Once my wife mentioned an ambassador suite this individual stated that those were $200+/night. If somebody asks for the best suites that will accommodate them than give them the best options. DO NOT ASSUME!
Room was excellent will definitely stay here again!
