Fantastic, we were there for celebration of life for my sister. Family from Texas, Virginia, New Mexico, Iowa, Illinois, Georgia and Washington state...they took real good care of us. Patrick help with setting up family gathering there in hotel. This is a 4 star rating and highly recommend. Thank you again!!!!
Our experience was great up until we were checking out. We had to report an accident to the front desk from a guest in the hotel that we helped. As we approached the desk we asked Sarah to please pull up her mask over her nose, because we wanted to talk with them. They refused to respect our request. We couldn’t even ask them to take more ice to the gentleman that fell and possibly cracked his ribs. We left upset.
Good stay. Everything was very clean. Everything in the room worked (not always the case, even in far more expensive hotels). The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was lack of enforcement of the mask rules, although I will grant that anti-maskers wouldn't listen, anyway.
Nice hotel with a very large room and king size bed. I wish we would have arrived earlier to enjoy the pool and hottub!
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However the restaurant needs much improvement. We had dinner and breakfast, would not recommend eating there.
