We have been using this pharmacy for close to 10 years because it’s close to our house. It’s literally the worst pharmacy in town... we’ve never loved it... it’s time to find something different! We are CONSISTENTLY having issues with our prescriptions on the pharmacy’s end of things, most employees are too lazy to help you figure out why insurance won’t cover it, they also don’t fill it when the script comes through. My son with heart problems went without a normal medication for days because they “didn’t see it (the script) come through”. They’ll also tell you it’ll be 1/2 hour... but it’s more like 2hrs.... literally...they NEVER have our scripts ready when we come back to get them!nnOne of our household members has a chronic disability, her meds are never ready when they’re supposed to be, leaving us to sit there for hours, they tell us to go shop while we wait ud83eudd14 feels like a setup to make us spend more money than anticipated. When filling monthly pain medication for the chronic disability the employees make her feel like an addict.

The staff always have time to answer my questions. My family has a lot of medications. I like the app for refills. The staff know us on a first name basis and I like that a lot.
