We stayed here last minute, and it was a great stay. Huge rooms. Super clean! 100% COVID safe. The front desk attendants were also super kind both to my dog, and about me bringing my dog, which not all hotels are, so I greatly appreciated their kindness. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
After a long day of driving and ice covered roads, we checked in and could barely get the luggage cart in the door it was so slippery. No salt or deicer used on property. After collapsing in room, we realized it reeked of cigars. ... After reading your response, as the owner, you need to be more aware of what is actually happening/not happening at the property to avoid someone being seriously injured. Please make a visit to room 401 for a few minutes, especially the bathroom. We wanted to mention the cigars to also make sure we didn't get charged for the stench.
Very nice stay and helpful, friendly staff. Clean room, comfy bed. Couldn't ask for anything more!
