Alyssa gave me the best customer service I ever experienced. Anything I need or any questions I had she made sure to answer all questions I had and provided all information needed. Definitely made me feel like I was at home. I been at a lot of hotels and she made this one the best one by far. Alyssa was very professional and definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone.
Fantastic front desk staff. Alyssa was sweet and accommodating. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The morning staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends & family.
Excellent stay! Clean and safe stay. So glad the pool and hot tub are open. Hospitality from Nicole at the front desk, stellar!!
Great service at the front desk! Helped me sign up for Uber and gave me all the Hotspot in town for a good bite to eat! A Very clean establishment with extraordinary service! Especially Miss Alyssa Chen!
Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is better than a grab and go. Staff is friendly and helpful.
