Our stay was short and sweet but in that time the hotel was clean & the staff was polite. I appreciate that there was freedom to choose whether to wear a mask or not. I also appreciate the Iowan governor for stating that as such for statewide operations. It was delightful to visit Iowa. Thank you.
Friendly and professional staff. Clean up to date room. Comfortable bed. Easy to use TV. Options on the to go breakfast. Good price.
Hotel is newer and clean like the better Hampton inns. That said, despite multiple posted signs requiring masks, many of the young families in town for a basketball tournament refused to wear masks in the elevators and lobby. Staff didn’t seem empowered or interested to ask them to comply with the mask requirement.
Clean. All staff was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Very clean and modern hotel. Started off roughly when their computer system didn't show me as a guest on the reservation and the concierge didn't want to let me check in. Fortunately I was able to help him decide it was my reservation and got my key. Wifi is solid, everything looks freshly cleaned and otherwise great! 4 stars is just for the irritating check in, otherwise definitely recommend!
