My room was not very clean. Poorly vacuumed. People staying there would throw their garbage in the hallway every night. It would sit there until morning. I asked the front desk when they were going to pick trash up and she said in the morning. It really made the second floor stink. It was disgusting having to walk pass garbage going to my room at least 2-3 bags of garbage in hall every night.from different rooms.Who does this and why does the management let people do this? I will never stay in this dirty place again. I have several pictures to show everyone.
Very nice rooms with big LED tv. Coffee all the time, internet works great. My favorite part though was check in. The clerk was very nice and changed my room without any issue. (I prefer first floor) Very good stay and will probably stay here again.
It's super clean, super new and does what it's supposed to. Nothing special here
Warning. Known unfixed plumbing issue. Found the room comfortable including the bed. However in the morning the bathtub faucet shot off the pipe and water sprayed straight out all over. No shower for me. Front desk said this happens all the time! Then argued with me telling me more than once it's nothing for an undressed person straight out of bed to get a repair person in the room or change rooms. I very much disagree. She didn't know if the bill would be adjusted.
Great service even though understaffed temporarily. Very clean rooms and the property as a whole was immaculate. Great fitness room and Free Guest Laundry. Upon arrival, was cordially greeted by Bonnie, the General Manager of the hotel. She welcomed me by making me feel completely at home and as if she (and the chain) completely recognized me as an old friend. That was remarkable customer service. Something that is so very rare contemporarily it seems. Ended up needing to extend my stay and I could not have been more pleased to have to do so. Would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. GREAT JOB BONNIE...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
