Quality Control Restoration

This company has been extremely unprofessional and I can honestly say it is the worst service I have ever experienced. I've been told over a dozen times they will be coming out to finish the work on my garage from the derecho in August 2020. No one shows up, they give me another date for completion and no one shows up again. When roofing my garage, they left the dump trailer in my drive for 3 days, left shingles and other material in my driveway and never picked them up, and left wood and trash in the alley for over 4 months. The project was given a 60 day extension by my insurance company, and is now 6 days from extension due date. The repairs still haven't been completed.

Contacted them last summer after storm. They were quick to respond initially. There was one followup. I contacted them in November 2020 with no response. Contacted 6 days ago. Discovered the information was never submitted to the insurance company. Were suppose to show up yesterday or todaynSo far nothing.

They were absolutely amazing, very professional. They got our roof on in one day and even after the crazy derecho we had last year our shingles didn't even budge. I will never recommend anyone else!

So far they have done everything they had promised. Skilled workers. Competitive rates. Timely. Left NO mess behind. Excellent materials used. This was after hail storm that damaged alot of property. Highly recommend.
