Very clean hotel. We had fun in the pool. Casino nice and clean....drinks good. Food at the restaurant good, we had chicken fingers. We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. Nice river view from our room.
Very clean rooms, amazing service and food. We are here pretty much every weekend. Players card comes with great comps! We love this place
Superb hotel! They also served great food for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their lobby is clean, the security system is good as well.A perfect place to stay when you're here. They have a very accommodating and hands-on owner and staff. We had the resort all by ourselves and enjoyed every minute of our stay. This is a perfect honeymoon place. We're so thankful to the staff that accommodated us during the stay.
I am a frequent guest because I gamble. Our free comped rooms are no longer free because they chose to add a resort fee. This is not a resort. On my last visit I had no hot water in the room. This is not Vegas. I will go to Rhythm City instead.
The only good was our room had a beautiful view of the river.nNo notices anywhere in the room letting customers know that housekeepers are not allowed in the rooms to clean them, change bedding, fresh towels or anything. We just had good timing and caught a housekeeper to get fresh towels.nIf you don't mind losing money, this casino is for you, the payout is horrible and the machines suck the money right down, not even letting you to enjoy playing for a little while.nThe restaurant is not that great. We were never informed that we had to have a reservation, but since they were not busy, they let us in only to find out upon leaving, since we didn't have a reservation, we got a different menu from others who did, which didn't have much on it, so not much to choose from. I had a steak and there was no flavor, my friend had a surf and turf, it came with steak and 3 small shrimp. For a 70$ dinner, it was awful. I will NOT be returning.
