!. Snow removal & Salt/Sand apparently don't get used in their parking lot or by doors, all doors were unusable except the main lobby door.n2. Elevator was downn3. Lack of professional dress by the 1 staff member who was just chilling on the couch in the lobby when we arrived.n4. Shower didn't work, when called the front desk, John's options were to shower in another room or move to another room on the 3rd floor. Neither worked for, we chose to check out. Shower in our room was a deal breaker.n5. Also if you are coming back from a late night out, make sure you have your key to get in lobby door, as hotel does not have anyone on property to let you in. Sure glad we didn't have any room issues in the middle of the night.n6. Plastic over smoke detector in room & garbage on the side of fridge.nnThe one plus, was the bed & bathroom were clean. We used points to reserve this room, even thou we checked out early, we lost our points. We have stayed with AmericInn's before & never have had this sort of thing happen!
People need better cleaning services and filled pool for it to be prefect stay I'll clean and help get the place more business though to show my gratitude for my safety out here in times of need they saved my life and I wanna see this place come back for all their hard work in helping us woman and family's alive anyone able to help spice this place up to 5 star affordable comfort if not I will go try to do it myself and obtain a job today
my most detestable experience, the reception person had a very bad character and seemed not to be conscious, when he gave me room 214 and there were people in that room asleep, he returned and gave me another room 217 and the room was completely dirty. It's the ugliest thing I've ever experienced in a hotel. apart, no breakfasts, no open pool. please don't believe. everything is a very bad hotel
The owner is very nice. This place needs some repairs. The prices for the room needs to be adjusted until work is completed.
The hotel was not appealing in the lobby at all. The checkin was long and drawn out, the hotel was clean enough but just felt it was quite rundown.Bed was way too soft and wore out.
