We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The lobby and pool area were very clean and inviting. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Checking in was quick. And when a door card was lost they were super quick and efficient in getting new cards made so we could be on our way. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay! We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting! Walked into a filthy room. Trash all over, bed not made, bathroom disgusting, white powder on desk and dresser. When I informed front desk they offered to comp room and give us a new one. We went to look at the new one and it was disgusting too. Hair and mold on back of sink, other unknown stuff on sink. Pulled comforter back and found food and what looked like a scab. I wouldn't stay there even if it was free. Manager is rude! Claimed she was watching us from her cameras! Do not stay here!

It was a bargain priced last minute option. I checked in and even though I had requested a room close to the door because I have physical challenges walking, I was initially put in a far away room. To their credit however, when I brought it to their attention they did move me to a somewhat closer room. Once we got in the room and settled, I noticed a dirty towel still in the bathroom I also happen to notice the microwave was filthy on the inside like something had exploded and no one cleaned it up. There were other issues but overall I’d probably stay there again just because it was cheap and I never saw and bugs lol

Very loud people coming in and out of there rooms at all times of the night. Even until 630am Saturday morning. Only the younng lady that checked us in was respectful and polite. The rest especially the evening staff were horiable. We complained to the staff about the loud people but the did nothing. Then when we checked out I used the side door to load the car. It had been propped open by Budweiser can so people could sneak in and out of the hotel. Probably the worst day at any hotel we've ever had. To make it worse we were there for a funeral and we were also using their banquet center. You think they would know that but they did not seem to care
