We got a king suite. The furniture was dirty and stained. The pool was NOT properly kept. The water was cloudy and smelled very badly. The hot tub was not working but still had dirty water sitting in the bottom of it. When we asked about the pool we were told they didn't know anything about the pool because it wasn't their job to take care of it. When you pay $150 a night for a hotel suite I guess you except for the facilities and furniture to at least be clean and well kept. Would NOT recommend staying here!!!!!
This hotel is already dated. The furniture and linens are showing wear and tear. There is no breakfast at the hotel. The pool area was cold (the pool water was warm) and had no towels. For the price, there are better places to stay in the area.
My best friend had a Suprise Party/Wedding at the event center. The event space was great. The room was set up well, we had the lounge and a private patio. We also had a block of rooms and they were all close together. My room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our event staff was attentive, professional and kind. Thank you, Nicole,Jessica, Erin ,Dalton and Sydney!
Very good stop, well staffed very good restaurant and bar, clean rooms all around a very nice facility.
My husband is staying here for work this week so my son and I came with. I'm not impressed with the lack of cleanliness of the room and no upkeep on common area garbage cans. There are stains on the carpet, the walls are dirty in every room,and doors are smudged all over the glass. Theres tape all over the upper part of the walls from probably decorations from a party or something which is fine but just another mess.
