Staff was super kind and very helpful, and everything was clean and well-kept. However, we felt that for the number of people staying here, there were far too few staff available to meet the needs of guests adequately. We realize they were intentional about how and when staff were cleaning, etc. due to coronavirus. That was one problem: one person was covering the front desk at a time, and they were required to check people in and out, run the bistro, fold towels, open the pool and fitness center, answer questions, etc. We would give them 5 stars if we felt like they were properly staffed.

friendly front desk. comfortable bed. clean. good working area. Fridge a little small. front desk doesn't seem to communicate with house keeper regarding check out time. but no big deal. comfortable stay in general . And they have a jacuzzi with lots of sun !!! All is forgiven !!! Planet fitness Costco chipotle farmers market closed by

We got just what we expected from a 3 star hotel and then a little more, which is why I gave it 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were comfortable and perfect for a quick one night stay. It also seemed like they were doing an effective job of mitigating the risks of covid the best they could. Good experience.

Maybe we're in the vast minority, as a lot of visitors have left a good review but our family's experience at this hotel was unfortunately below average. I try not to expect a lot or be unreasonable, as it’s a cheap hotel, but the pool & hot tub were disappointingly shut down on Saturday into Sunday, for maintenance; we never had a room cleaning in the 2-day stay (or fresh towels). We were staying with a larger group, and I would have expected a little more attention to some of the details.

No restaurants within walking distance and the parking was only available in the back section.
