Our stay was awesome. My girls had a blast in the pool while I relaxed in the hot tub. Everything was very clean and the Manager was fun to talk to :) will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!
Amazing staff, very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concern.nThe rooms are very clean and even has a refrigerator. It's located in a very convenient location in the QC, close to everything. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the quad cities.
If I could give them zero starts I would! Place is absolutely disgusting! They obviously do not clean. Crumbs and hairs still in the bed. Floor not vacuumed, hair all in the shower and sheets and towels stained! Also there was a dead bug in the tub!! Owner is super unprofessional and refused to give a refund!!! Worst hotel EVERRRRRRR!nnResponse to owner: Thats all you have to say to my review and the conditions of your nasty hotel? Of course you can’t find my name because have you ever heard of more than one person staying in a room? I was with a family member and it was under there name! Instead of being conceded about looking for my name in your system, you would worry about deep cleaning your room and cleaning your linens!!!
I thought the bed was fairly uncomfortable honestly. The setup of the room was nice though. Ordered some delivery food for dinner and they didn't bring silverware so I asked the front desk and all they were able to give me was a couple of cheap plastic spoons. When I checked in the person at the desk didn't really give me any rundown of the amenities or anything else for that matter. Wasn't very informative at all. Especially with covid going on every city and sometimes even the individual hotels are all varying what services are offered so it'd be nice to be told up front about them.
I stayed here for one night with my family. I reserved a king bed with a hot tub and a standard king bed for the kids. They told me that they would reserve both rooms across from each other and they did just that as promised. The owner at the front desk is extremely friendly and we had a few laughs. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and also the TV had all the channels you would need. The hotel is very quiet and so is the neighborhood and parking lot. And also the gas station across the street is a one stop shop. If im in town again, I would definitely stay another night .
