Excellent service. I Booked thru the Hilton Honors app, for some reason my reservation got lost and the hotel did not show it. The staff did a great job of helping get the issue corrected. Thanks!
Front desk staff were great! The rooms were clean and nice. Great gas stations and restaurants nearby.

Worst hotel stay I've had in a while. Not the hotel's or staff's fault, but because there were parties going on with kids jumping, running & screaming all throughout the night! Like seriously, bumping into walls, screaming, and jumping the ENTIRE night. I even felt the vibrations through the floor at 4/5:00AM! I didn't get a wink of sleep either night I stayed and I paid good money for that room, feeling like that chunk of change was completely wasted! I did complain to the front desk and they mentioned that I was 1of 22 complaints that came in that night. Poor things! I felt awful for them since it was not their fault! I just don't understand how people can be so rude and disrespectful to other people staying in the same hotel. I can't explain how loud they were or how incredibly frustrating of a stay this was. Disappointed in the paper thin walls and floors! (And I stayed on the top floor!) The breakfast was subpar with no bread available to toast either. I am disappointed in the fact that only after I completed my review of this hotel on hilton.com, then the manager responded with a simple (but welcomed) apology and nothing else, such as extra Hilton points or something, to bring some kind of reprieve to the horrendous stay I had here. Although grateful, the apology was much too little, too late. I will not stay at this hotel again.
The suite seemed kind of small. The pool is smaller than I thought it should be too. I also thought the hot tub was too hot. I didn't stay all night. I was just visiting there.
